All about Push Ups

Push Ups, or Pushups as it is often written (though this is wrong!) are also known as “pressups” or “press ups” in British English.
Push ups are an effective way to increase your arm, shoulder, chest and core strength and can also be a form of aerobic exercise when you are capable of doing them in larger numbers.
There are several variations on the standard push up, and we’ll explain more about them as you complete the push up challenge.
