What is “The 100 Push Up Challenge?”

The challenge is to train yourself to be able to do 100 consecutive pushups. That is, 100 pushups without a break. It’s a tough, but achievable goal to reach. If you follow our program you’ll find that not only will you be able to do 100 push ups by the end of it, but that you will have also greatly increased your strength and endurance too.

How does it work?
You will train every other day from the start of the challenge.
For example, if you start on a Monday, you will then train Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday.. and so on.
If you miss a day you can make it up, but then you will have to train two days in a row. It’s strongly recommended you don’t skip a day if you want to pass the challenge.
How long does it take?
The challenge has been designed so that anyone can achieve the ability to do 100 push ups in 60 days. We have seen other programs which claim 6 or 7 weeks, but in our experience most people max out at about 70 consecutive push ups if they only train for 6 weeks. We want everyone who takes up the challenge to be able to complete it, that is why it lasts 60 days. This does NOT mean it is easy, it is not. But it IS possible for almost anyone who doesn’t have a serious medical impediment.
When does the challenge start?
The challenge starts TODAY. If you begin now you will be able to 100 consecutive pushups 60 days from today.
How do we help you?
The biggest problem people have with a challenge like this is that they happily and enthusiastically start, but then don’t follow through with it! They’ll begin with good intentions but within a week or two they ‘forget’ or decide to take a day off or skip a day. This is no good.
Ideally we would be there to yell at you to do your training each day, however we can’t be in every country at once! Also, you’d probably find it creepy if we were following you around making sure you followed the program
The best idea we can come up with is to REMIND you to keep doing the exercises. If you have constant motivation you will find it much easier to continue with the challenge. To do that we will send you encouraging emails which will give you a kick into action! We will also give you tip on how to alter your push up routine, so that you can really focus the exercise on your shoulders, or your abs, or your triceps, or your chest etc.

We don’t want to overload you with information just now, but will give it to you gradually as you work your way through the program.
